• 2- Day program with subject matter knowledge, case-studies, simulations, and quizzes
• A Yellow-Belt Certificate of completion
• Profile of the trainee to be placed on the online knowledge portal of BiPMInstitute.com
GREEN-BELT
• Detailed learning of specific tools and techniques for Execution Excellence (4 day program)
• Hands-on training on BiPM Execution techniques for participating in Execution Agenda
• A Qualifying Test at the end of 4-day program
• A CD containing the templates and techniques for ‘Green-Belt’ Execution Specialization
• Free Access to 500 pages of well-researched body of knowledge on the subject
• Online Quizzes and tests to continually hone your skills
• Profile of the green-belt placed on key sections of BiPM Institute
• Additional ‘Field-Certification’ after successful application of the learning in real-life
BLACK-BELT
• Training on leading execution agenda, how to coach others on Execution Excellence (2 day)
• Training on Strategic and enterprise-wide execution excellence (2 day)
• Training on Sensory system and Information Assurance (1 day)
• A CD containing templates and techniques related to Strategic execution & sensory system
• Successfully finishing an Execution Initiative with recommendation from supervisor or mentor
• Successfully completing 5 qualifying examination based on 500+ page body of knowledge
• At least one contribution to evolving the subject matter related to Execution Excellence
• Examination and project completion has to be achieved within 9 months of Black-Belt training
YELLOW-BELT
Yellow-Belt in 'Execution-Making it Happen' is the first-step for you to become the 'Execution Specialist'. 'Yellow-belt' training and certification will provide you and a serious appreciation and understanding of various facets of Execution Discipline and how they relate to your work-environment.
