However, the initial engagement lacks the confidence, which you always have in face to face engagement. To ensure that you get that confidence, you can ask for 50% refund of your fee, if you do not like the quality of our services . This refund is limited to first USD 2000/- worth of engagements with a client. Post that, if you still take our services, we assume that we have gained your confidence.
